How to Re-Issue TU Marksheet and Apply for Transcript, Provisional & Gap Verification Certificates

📢 Important Notice for Students Regarding Marksheet & Documents

Many students face confusion when it comes to re-issuing marksheets, applying for transcripts, or handling provisional and gap verification certificates. If you’ve lost your marksheet or are worried about filling the back exam form without one—don’t worry! Here’s a clear step-by-step guide to make the process simple.


✅ Step 1: Prepare the Application Letter

Write an application letter (similar to the sample shown) and get it signed by your Campus/College Chief with the official college seal.


✅ Step 2: Mention the Missing Documents

In the red-marked section of the application, clearly state which semester’s marksheet you are requesting.


✅ Step 3: Pay the Required Fee

Submit your application letter along with the fee (generally Rs. 250–350 per semester) at TU Balkhu Office. After payment, your requested marksheet(s) will be re-issued.


✅ Step 4: Apply for Other Certificates

Once you collect all your marksheets, you can easily apply for:

  • Transcript

  • Provisional Certificate

  • Gap Verification
